INSTRUCTORS The instructors you can look forward to meet are: Sassan Ito from Berlin, Luis Duarte from Hamburg, Bernt Ryg from Oslo, Anders Henriksen from Copenhagen, Tanja Siebert, Julia & Rene from Berlin and Bea & Miguel from Aarhus - Together with a team of dedicated local instructors from local rueda associations in Aarhus and Denmark. They are ready to give you a firework of lovely rueda experiences! SPECIAL BIRTHDAY THEME As a special birthday theme this year, we have made a program with an extra focus on to present fresh examples from the actuel ongoing rueda development to strengthen the playing, joyful and funny experience and interaction between the leaders and followers roll in Rueda de Casino. We have here choosen to put special emphasis on, that we all, during the weekend, try to dance rueda caminado, rueda contrario and rueda switch, so we can have an conversation and exchange of views about the leader and follower role in rueda de casino based on a common experience. Aarhus Hostel contains 37 different kinds of rooms with in total 75 beds. There can participate around 95 instructors and participants at the RRR-2018 festival, where 75 are living at the Hostel and 20 are living in their own homes around Aarhus. We are all dancing and eating at the Aarhus Hostel. That includes breakfast, lunch and dinner, also for people who stay in other places. Further it´s possible to buy cheap drinks in the bar and free coffee, the, fruit and cake for all participants are included in the prices. PRICES The fullpass prices for the different rooms are: - Single room with bath 1.800 DKK / 250 euro - Single room with shared bath 1.700 DKK / 235 euro - Twin room w. bath, single beds 1.600 DKK / 220 euro - Twin room shared bath, single beds 1.500 DKK / 205 euro - Twin room w. bath, bed bunk/køje 1.600 DKK / 220 euro - Twin room shared bath, bed runk/køje 1.600 DKK / 220 euro - Double bed with bath (Pair) 1.600 DKK / 220 euro - 4 bed room, bed runk/køjer w. bath 1.300 DKK / 180 euro - 4 bed room, double bed+bunk/køje, bath 1.300 DKK/180 euro - 20 seats accommodation own home 1.000 DKK / 135 euro SIGN UP There are around 60 seats for participants at the Aarhus Hostel, where around 35 seats are allocated for sign-up by rueda groups in Germany, Sweden, Norway, Copenhagen & Aarhus and around 25 seats are allocated for sign up by individuel participants. Further there are 20 seats for participants living at home. You can sign up in 3 levels: Intermediates, advanced 1 and advanced 2. The seats are equal divided between leader & followers to secure an egual gender-balance. We will send a special code to choose of you who shall sign up as a group.l MEALS - all types included The owner of Aarhus Hostel, Michael Skanderby, is an excellent chef, and he will personally take care of the kitchen and cook for us during the weekend. You can just look forward to a weekend with lovely, delicious and tasty meals - all types of meals included -as well for meat-eaters as for vegetarians, vegans and people with food allergy. Just note your preference, when you sign up, so Michel and kitchen-team knows the overall food preferences. Also the kitchen team had announced the will have some surprices for us. Mums!
