R E G R E S S I O N S ✨ WaterDance - BreathArt and Spirals studies - Koh Phangan - March 2023 In this immersion we will work in the fields of meditation, intuitive movement and Contact Improvisation Dance to open the amphibian-body and the liquid intelligence that sustain us. From a perspective of biodynamics, we will explore the spectrum of movement through the pattern of spirals present in the nature and in our body to cultivate awareness and efficiency of energy-movement in water and land. The invitation is a regression to the water-source where we will reclaim our water-humanity to dance and relate with each other in pre-language states of presence. We will explore breathing as the key to connect with the water-world. The material is inspired in spirals patterns in nature, somatic practices, BMC, biodynamics and marine fractal geometry. - friendly for beginners ✨ Energy vibrates ✨ Patterns that exist in the world outside the body exist also in the world inside the body. We will reclaim our water-humanity in the sacred fluid where everything begin. Deep in the vision, is the law of fluids, light and relations.
