The coming together of Gabrielle Roth's 5Rhythms® and Yogi Bhajan's inspiration of the teaching os Kundalini Yoga and Meditation brings a big event to the world! As we step into another year around the sun, we continue to deepen our practices. In the 5Rhythms we cultivate the ability to be fluid, clear, surrendered, liberated, and compassionate. Kudalini offers us a chance to recognize our boundaries and open ourselves to our higtest potential. In this inspired collaboration we will hone our skills for the rhythms of life to teach us how to remain in balance with all that is occuring in our internal and external worlds.
