Resonate Ecstatic Dance ~ Reawaken

Resonate is back at The Sanctuary and we are excited to be bringing the dance, the fire and the goats! Well, hopefully the goats will come out to dance with us, you just never know! Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body's own wisdom. From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced in a ceremony of movement! This is a free form, sober, conscious dance. We maintain social silence on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper level. No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome. Kelli Joy will open with a fire ceremony to set intentions. Then DJ Groksteady will create an ecstatic musical experience with a DJ set to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening and our spirits connecting. Bring plenty of water and snacks to share on the community table. We will be outside so dress accordingly.
