Resonate Ecstatic Dance ~ Rise Up

We abstain from social conversations on the dance floor to hold a sacred container for transformation at a deeper lever. This dance will be held outdoors and we will follow social distancing, to honor each others space. Ecstatic dance is an opportunity to free the mind of thoughts and judgements and let go into the body's own wisdom. From this space of body awareness, we invite all parts of ourselves to be danced! This is a ceremony to express ourselves fully and celebrate all that we are! No prior dance experience necessary, all movement styles welcome. Kelli Joy will open with an embodiment practice. HannaH & Bliss of HannaH's Field along with Andrew Prue on Percussion will create a live musical ecstatic experience to get our bodies moving, our hearts opening and our spirits connecting. DJ Mystic Spin will be weaving her electronic musical stylings in while we go on a journey to dance our truth and embody our creativity. There will be no community water or snacks available so please bring your own water jugs and snacks to fuel your dance. Bring a lawn chair if you need one, the yurt will be closed during this event.
