(((English bellow))) En el comienzo del Solsticio de invierno💫, justo cuando el sol comienza a aumentar su presencia en nuestros días, compartimos un retiro que estamos cocinando a fuego lento: 💫"RETIRO ECSTATIC CONSCIENTE OM"🕉 Tendrá lugar el 6, 7 y 8 de marzo del 2020, fin de semana de luna llena!!!⛰🌑⛰ Una convivencia de fusión "𝗘𝗖𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘, 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗟 𝗬 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔" Un laboratorio para la experiencia creativa individual y colectiva. Un espacio donde activar la escucha interior, el despertar del movimiento y la expresión corporal. 🎶💃🧘‍♂️𝗘𝗖𝗦𝗧𝗔𝗧𝗜𝗖 𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗖𝗘 es un movimiento global, un espacio íntimo donde poder moverse y expresarse libremente desde el amor y el respeto, sin necesidad de ningún requisito. Apto para todo tipo de personas independientemente de la edad, género, sexo y ninguna etiqueta que identifican al individuo. Un lugar donde poder sentir, volar, reír, fluir, crear, experimentar, disfrutar, jugar, dejarse llevar por el movimiento libre, aparcar la vergüenza o moverse con ella. Se baila sin usar palabras, zapatos ni sustancias ni alcohol. En cada sesión creamos un universo visual, un despliegue de luz y color, que favorece el viaje interior y la experiencia de vivir el presente. 🎵🎶Suena una música ecléctica y variada, sonidos de diferentes lugares del mundo, electrónica, música desde la calma a la más pura energía, música que lleva a la introspección y música qué lleva a expresión de todo lo que traigas. 🌿💃🤸‍♀️𝗗𝗔𝗡𝗭𝗔 𝗜𝗡𝗧𝗘𝗚𝗥𝗔𝗟 es una herramienta de trabajo psico-corporal que estimula el proceso creativo y expresivo de cada persona con el fin de promover su bienestar físico, psíquico, afectivo y social. Se tiene en cuenta las necesidades de la persona dentro de un clima de seguridad y afecto. 🧘‍♀️🤸‍♂️ 𝗙𝗟𝗢𝗪 𝗬𝗢𝗚𝗔 es una práctica apta para cualquier persona con o sin experiencia en yoga. Movilizamos y despertamos energías adormecidas a través de movimientos orgánicos y de una respiración consciente.
