At each outing, we rediscover the immense power and wisdom of the BREATH as we immerse ourselves into the 'Explorer Zone' a place where we unblock & release repressed, unresolved emotions & rewrite the dialogue of past painful experiences. I'm so excited to be able to present 'Rewilding', the first of many series of events which focuses on mindful practices that promotes inner healing & self awareness. I want to create an intimate and fun space where you can shout, scream, breathe, laugh, cry and reconnect, a place where you can feel vulnerable! Let's chip away at those self-limiting beliefs, those negative thinking patterns which are preventing you from experiencing happiness, joy, love and gratitude every single day.
