Rhi & Adam Visit the ACT - Brazilian Zouk Workshops

✨️Join Rhi and Adam for an afternoon in exploring Technique and Movement, and connecting the dots in Finding your Flavour. The day will consist of 3 workshops followed by a Q&A and guided practice. The first two workshops will build and focus on Technique + Movement, and Connection + Energy. We will build from foundations in to upper body movement - deep diving into technique, creating positive flow, understanding styling + musicality. The final workshop will be all about Finding your Flavour! We will focus on timing, technique and teamwork - attendees will come away with a better understanding of social dance floor, competition moves and learn to listen to one another's suggestions – both leads and follows. Following the workshops, we will have a guided practice with Rhi & Adam. The guided practice will be with active participation from the instructors. You will have the opportunity to ask them any remaining questions and get direct personal feedback. All workshops are opened levelled – the content will build in level from intermediate to advanced.
