The movement arts are medicine for evolution ... a potent way to embody and realize seeds of change on all levels, personal, collective, and the metaphysical. A way to cut through social norms and connect with other human beings eye to eye and heart to heart and to access deeper realms of connection to Earth and Spirit. We get to come together and do our work while we play and show up in our full spectrum of expression. <3 We also get to weave in the great offerings of Joy's Kitchen Food Rescue who will be there offering high vibe food to all who wish to receive. 10-11 am ~ Medicine Movement Class with Ahva Lenay 11-1pm ~ Ecstatic Dance with DJ Treaphort <3 We are proud to partner with Joy's Kitchen: Rescue Food - Feed People, a non-profit (Donations welcome!) that rescues anywhere from 1000-7000 pounds of groceries each day and brings it to families in need. Each Sunday, we run a FREE grocery store and bring in over 1000lbs of fresh organic fruits and veggies for you! Bring your own grocery bag to stock up on groceries.
