♥️ And soooo ! Here we are just around the bend of our Imbolc cross quarter coming onto Valentines Day. You know St Valentines was real … right? So it is told that a Christian priest who rebelled against the reigning King (Claudius) and secretly married soldiers when a law was decreed that single men fought better. He (St Valentine) was jailed (later executed) but during his jail time those who were grateful brought sweets and love notes of gratitude thus beginning the tradition. Even if it’s not airtight historically, ;) it’s a pretty beautiful myth: love defying power, people showing up anyway, and tenderness surviving prison walls. Sound familiar? So our tradition is Love Mischief… and we have a new addition to invite folks to this year. All G rated of course!
