Often the time we most need a sacred pause is the time it may feel the most challenging to do so. A sacred pause offers us a reset, a spiritual renewal... Ecstatic Ritual is a practice in movement meditation.... we can let our mind pause and rest into the ultimate wisdom of our bodies. Bodies can't lie... it is good to pause and pay attention to what these bodies are wanting to reveal to us , especially in times of transformation. We are creating a new world here... We dance, we sing, we pray we play... Breathe in peace, exhale love. ❤ We have a particular blessing upon us in these days.
