DANCE WORKSHOP RHYTHMS OF THE EARTH Earth Rhythms is a somatic movement experience through world rhythms - a remembrance of the drum that lives inside the body. Through rhythmic sequences, grooves, drills, and conscious breath, we explore the body's wisdom and rhythm as a living force. A journey that activates world rhythm codes, blending Afro, Latin, and Caribbean flavors. MOVE, HEAL & CELEBRATE your body! Short Bio Dass is a holistic educator and artist with over 16 years of experience in facilitation. Her work integrates somatic movement, dance, sound, music, and Kundalini yoga, blending hip hop, Afro, Caribbean, dancehall and Latin rhythms. As an independent nomadic facilitator devoted to healing, she creates powerful activations that reconnect people to their bodies, rhythm, and inner coherence.
