Sometimes the waves are small and gentle, and sometimes they are big and crashing. We can either resist them, or let them knock us down, or we can navigate through them gracefully using movement as our guide. Join us as we set the intention to embrace the ever-changing nature of life and allow it to move through us. As we practice this on the dance floor, it ripples out into our everyday lives.
