RIE: ES CI² is an invitation to connect with oneself, to allow oneself to be and discover through feeling, play, and dance in the encounter with others. The Residential Research and Study days has three main focuses: SOMATIC EXPLORATION: Attention and listening to the subtle sensations of our organism. Recognizing unusual sensations that shape us. Giving our nervous system more time. Opening up to self-regulation and self-awareness through presence in movement. CONTACT IMPROVISATION: The art of encounter and dance, embracing the unknown. (Re)Encounters: with oneself, with the earth, with spaces, with others. Living ecosystem. (Inter)Permeability. INTUITIVE CARE: Availability and vital integrity from which every sentient being organizes itself by its own nature to manage the unknown and daily situations while respecting its internal space and structure. Physical and emotional well-being and comfort. Principles of structure and spatiality from martial arts, geometry, and nature.
