Riga winter tango marathon 2019

Winter is coming. The new season for a close embrace tango legion. Dancers from the East, West, South and North will bond together on February 1-4, 2019, in Riga (Latvia) at Riga Winter Tango Marathon. Registration is mandatory. Registration is closed! Please write to [email protected] if you have some question. *** At the marathon, we emphasize the traditional social tango etiquette, dance by following the ronda flow, invitations by mirada and cabeceo and the clear floor during cortinas. This marathon is a gender balanced event without separate seating for men and women. The dancing and living will take place at the same spot – at the 4 star superior hotel Bellevue Park Hotel Riga: https://hotelbellevue.lv/ We offer 300 sq. m. hall with wooden dance floor cover, ceiling height is up to 4 m, air conditioning. The number of participants is 250. Food will be provided by the hotel's restaurant with special prices. And of course, at the pre-party and after-party, will come together both marathon participants and other dancers.
