RioZouk Cabin - Paulo & Luisa

Come join us for our 9th cabin retreat located just outside the Great Smoky Mountain National Park with Paulo and Luisa! This year we are very excited to announce our new schedule featuring 3 day and 5 day passes! All passes include on site lodging, with workshops inside of the spacious cabins with beautiful wood floors that are a pleasure to dance on. For one price, workshops, lodging, downtown moonshine tasting, and food are included (exlcuding Saturday night dinner when we head to town and Sunday night when we bring a food truck). Come join us for a little taste of southern hospitality. 3 Day Passes (Lot 4: $360) Friday Check-In, Dinner and opening workshop, 15+ total hours of workshops offered, free moonshine/moonshine tasting, access to onsite amenities such as a theater and hot tub, and a Monday check out. Friday masters classes with 4 hours of instruction by Paulo and Luisa. Monday Body Isolation Instruction Certification with Sarah Zuccaro (6 hours of instruction). We can help you find partners/groups if you like. Teacher Training: 4 hours of instruction on teaching technique and syllabus creation with Paulo and Luisa. In addition, Brad Meccia will be giving break down of how physics and the body relate to zouk to expand your understanding of zouk theory and aid in your teaching. This class will also include access to a variety of hand selected youtube videos that explain muscle groups relevant to zouk to aid in further understanding of the body with a chance for questions to be asked and answered. Body Isolation Certification: More to Come. Transfer Policy Transfers can be processed no later than September 5th, 2019 11:59 PM. If there is a wait list for a sold out event, injury that prevents travel, or death in the immediate family an exception will be considered.
