She danced and played ecstatic dance sets on the dusty playa, remote volcanic islands, and war-torn zones but Ecstatic Dance Toronto is home, where it all began, where she fell in love with ecstatic dance and with you all, and she is beyond thrilled to be here with you. Slip off your shoes and make some room for yourself on the foggy floor. 8:00pm - 8:30pm | Opening Circle + Warm-Up Warm-up with dancing, prancing, games + breath, creating a safe space for your Spirit to rise. She will cast her spell for the night. 8:30pm - 10:20pm | 2-hour Ecstatic Dance Journey Travel through a time warp with DJ Ulla from Mars. Step into sensual non-sense and the known unknown. Allow the music to guide your transformation. 10:20pm - 10:30pm | Sound Bath As the spell slowly dissipates, notice the inner shift. Let yourself sink sweetly into the true power of who you are. 10:30pm - Midnight | Fresh Fruit + Social Time Gather in small groups to share experiences, express gratitude for the shared journey and the community created.
