Uma dança matinal onde vamos dançar com um sistema de som de headphones individuais que não só nos vão permitir dançar ao ar livre, num ambiente seguro como também explorar o espaço e expandir a experiência mais e mais com um pequeno almoço vivo do @viologico e um set divino do @djgingai 💗 Vai ser um evento muito especial que promove a conexão com o corpo, a mente e o espírito através da dança consciente e da alimentação viva. Começamos o dia cedo: às 11h, com um sumo de clorofila com girassóis germinados e uns snacks vegan super nutritivos que nos dão tudo o que precisamos para embarcar nesta viagem de forma leve e conectada. O ecstatic dance ou a dança consciente permite-nos conectar o corpo e o coração com a nossa mente, expressando as nossas emoções e abrindo espaço para toda a criatividade através do movimento livre da dança. As três regras básicas do ecstatic dance são: dançamos descalços, sem falar (fazer sons, cantar, rir, chorar são bem vindos, falar – não, queremos explorar outros tipos de comunicação) e sem estimulantes. O último inclui não só álcool, nicotina e vários tónicos energéticos mas também o café comum. Podemos ir mais longe para obter o máximo efeito da prática, excluindo qualquer alimento muito pesado e estimulante pelo menos 12 horas antes de ir para a pista de dança. Pedimos que venham em jejum, aconselhando a somente beber água morna com umas gotas de limão quando acordarem, para poderem beneficiar ao máximo desta experiência com a mente e os corpos claros e leves. A morning dance where we will experience a silent disco sound system that will not only allow us to dance outdoors in a safe environment, but also explore the space and expand the experience more and more with special breakfast of @viologico and a magical wave by Dj @Gingaí! It will be a very special event that promotes the connection with the body, mind and spirit through conscious dance and living foods. We start the day early at 11 am, with a chlorophyll juice with sprouted sunflowers and some super nutritious vegan snacks that give us everything we need to embark on this journey in a light and connected way. Ecstatic dance or conscious dance connects the body and heart with our mind, expressing our emotions and making room for all creativity through the free movement of dance. The three basic rules of ecstatic dance are: we dance barefoot, no chit chat (making sounds, singing, laughing, crying are welcome, talk – no, we want to explore other types of communication) and without stimulants. This includes alcohol, nicotine and energetic drinks but also ordinary coffee. We can go further to get the maximum effect of practice by excluding any very heavy and stimulating food for less than 12 hours before going to the dance floor. We ask you to fast (or eat light )advising to drink only warm water with some lemon drops when you wake up, to be able to benefit as much as possible this experience with clear and light mind and bodies.
