River City Swing Ballet for Westies

We will be hosting a Beginner Ballet for Westies class at River City Swing. Saturday morning 11am to 12pm. Its $15 at the door and all you need is a good attitude, some stretchy clothes and socks for your feet :) Have you ever wanted to try ballet but have felt intimidated to take a class? Or did you think you were too old to start now? Or maybe you feel inflexible or ungraceful? Then we have the class for you!! Rebecca Ludwick is a trained Ballet Professional and a Champion West Coast Swing dancer. She has helped countless men and women gain a better understanding of their mind and their body. Rebecca would say "It's never too late to start!" Come try this hour of ballet and see if you aren't surprised at what you can accomplish! In these classes we will be working on body awareness, muscle engagement, feet strengthening and some light stretches to take home. This class is geared for the beginner but all are welcome and encouraged! On Saturday evening we will have a secondary class being held 11pm-12am In this hour we will go a little deeper and further in the process of ballet than we did in the first class. If you would like to attend both classes then it is only $20 for both classes.
