Dear Balboa dancers, we are very happy to announce you that the registrations of Roma Balboa weekend's Pre and After party are opened. We will open the dance, with the Pre-party, on the gorgeous frame of Dram boat, an ancient boat moored by the Tiber river, on March 16th, Thursday.
