Welcome to the first teahouse event here at Siljangade. We invite you to create a space where we can relax in presence with each other, a space where long gazes, breathing together and rolling around on the floor is normal. ⏳ PROGRAM ⏳ 🧘‍♀️11-12 Yoga Land with a yoga practice led by lovely Clara Maria, to soften and prepare your body for tea and meditation. 🐲12-13:30 Teahouse Order and receive ceremonial grade tea from Japan and China as well as wild herbal infusions. Share a tea in presence with friends and meet the community. 🤸Contact Improvisation & Ambience Between cups, the floor is open to contact improvisation. If you feel inspired, be welcome to take the space and join this playful and grounding dance form. 🎹Live Ambient Music If you are not into dance or conversation, grab a pair of silent disco headphones and lean into meditation supported by live ambient music by Little Mountain. There will be space for lying on carpets and pillows. 🎻13:30-14 Concert Sit back and listen to a concert with Little Mountain as he will take you along on a deeply personal, visceral and poetic journey with his lyrical songs. 🍵14-15 Last rounds and snacks Explore the variety and have a delicious snack to ground your tea high before we give thanks and close the event. ⚖️ GUIDELINES ⚖️ 🤫 Please keep conversations quiet to leave space for a meditative ambience. 🧹This is a community event and help is always welcome, especially with keeping the space in order. 🙌 Let us know if you are interested in supporting a future event with your skills in e.g. yoga, music or dance. 🙏 Please make a donation to support the energy budget of the wonderful artists and facilitators before you leave 🐲 SPIRI’TEA AWAY 🐲 Spiri’tea Away is our magical tea house, a space we create together in presence and performativity in the spirit of tea.
