Together we remember what sustains us, honour what breaks our hearts, rediscover our place in the wider web of life, and find the courage to participate in creating the future we long for. Through ecstatic dance, breathwork, meditation, cacao ceremonies, storytelling, and shared reflection, we cultivate a deeper sense of belonging to ourselves, each other, and the living world. ✨ Each ceremony stands on its own, while together they form a journey through gratitude, grief, interconnection, and active hope. Whether this is your first step or one of many, you are warmly welcome. As summer slowly gives way to autumn, we gather to remember what already nourishes us. Gratitude is more than a feeling—it is a practice of seeing clearly and appreciating life while we have it. Together we honour the people, places, and experiences that have shaped us, allowing gratitude to strengthen our roots and deepen our sense of belonging. Through movement, breathwork, cacao, storytelling, and shared reflection, we slow down, reconnect, and remember that even in uncertain times, there is much that continues to sustain us. Whether you dance wildly, move gently, stretch, meditate, rest, or simply witness—your way of participating is welcome. 🍫 Before the Cacao Ceremony To support your experience, we recommend that you: 💧 Stay well hydrated throughout the day. 🥗 Eat lightly or finish your last meal 2–3 hours before the ceremony. ❤️ If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, have a heart condition, or take antidepressants (SSRIs/MAOIs) or other medication that may interact with cacao, please consult your doctor before participating.
