We will observe the incoming registrations and send out acknowledgements as long the balance is maintained. It is important to us, that we are NOT intending gender balance or invitations of couples only, the initial seating will be altered during the course of the evening. Eric and the Royalonga-Team—NEW—NUEVO—NEU— Karneval 2016 in Heidelberg feiern, warum nicht? - Dann aber auch gleich richtig! Im richtigen Ambiente und ohne viel Aufwand... Am Samstag, den 6. Februar 2016, tanzen wir, beim ersten argentinisch-venezianischem Maskenball im Palais Prinz Carl am Kornmarkt der Heidelberger Altstadt und es erwartet uns ein besonders feiner Abend, bei gediegener Tango-Atmosphäre. DJ Nico Loco aus Dresden wird uns mit argentinischer Musik in Tandas und Cortinas den Abend versüßen, hinzu kommt Live-Musik von Cuarteto bien porteño, die unglaublich feinfühlig ihre Tangomusik einfließen lassen werden. Wir veranstalten eine Masquerade, einen Maskenball, daher wird um eine Maskierung mit schön stilvoller Bekleidung gebeten, dh weißes Hemd und dunkele Hose reicht auch für die Männer. Jedes Tanzpaar bekommt anfangs an den Tischen rund um die Tanzfläche für den frühen Abend einen eigenen Platz zugewiesen. Getränke und kleine Häppchen sind zu erwerben. Der Einlass beginnt um 21 Uhr und bis 2 Uhr morgens spielt DJ Nico Loco Musik, bis zum ultimo Tango ‘La Cumparsita’. PAARWEISE ANMELDUNG (aufgehoben am 21.1.2016) Die Anmeldung beginnt am Montag, den 11.1.2016 um 18:30 Uhr für die begrenzten Karten, und sie läuft nur übers Internet (nicht FB, Details folgen). Eine Abendkasse wird es nicht geben. Wir werden uns alle für einen Abend vom Alltag absetzen, daher die Idee eines Pseudonyms für den Abend der gleich in der Anmeldung zusätzlich zum richtigen Namen angegeben wird: LORD/LADY ___________ mit LADY/LORD ___________ - lasst Eurer Kreativität freien Lauf. PREIS Die Karten kostet 37,50 € pro Person und sind als Vorkasse zu überweisen. Details folgen. DETAILS Der Eingang der Daten wird automatisch per Email bestätigt (bitte den Spam-Folder checken), daraufhin bekommt man zeitnah eine Bestätigungsemail. In dieser sind alle Informationen (Zahlung per Überweisung/Paypal) hinterlegt und man hat 7 Tage (ab Ausgang dieser Bestätigungsemail) Zeit, um das Geld auf unser Konto erfolgreich transferiert zu haben. In the right ambience, but without much effort. We will dance Saturday evening, the 6th of Febuary 2016 at the first Argentine-Venezian Masquerade in the Palais Prinz Carl at the corn market in the old city of Heidelberg. It will be a special evening, very graceful and with tasteful tango atmosphere. The DJ of the night is NICO LOCO from Dresden, Germany, who will play lovely argentine music in tandas and cortinas and who will alternate with the superb live band CUARTETO BIEN PORTEÑO. We are having a beautiful Masquerade, so we kindly ask you please to come with a special mask and an appropriate festive attire, which can be dark pants and a white shirt for men, just not too casual. Every couple is seated at tables around the dance floor for the early evening. Of course you can order beverages and small finger-foods. The doors open at 9 p.m. and we dance to DJ Nico Locos music until he ends his last tanda at 2 a.m. with ‘la Cumparsita’. REGISTRATION ONLY FOR COUPLES (for singles as of Jan 21st 2016) The registration begins on Monday, the 11th of January at 6:30 p.m. CET for the limited tickets available. Tickets can be ordered through the internet, but not through Facebook, details will follow soon. There will be no tickets at the door on the evening of the event. This will be a very special occasion, so we had the idea of everyone selecting their own pseudonym for the evening additional to their real names. DETAILS: We automatically approve the received Data via Email (please check your Spam-Folder) and then you get a confirmation mail soon after.
