Rueda: Free Intro and More!!! Fun Workshops July 14th & 21st

Salsa dancers can learn Rueda starting July 14th! *Free* Workshop & More! Yes, the first 90-minute workshop is FREE -- and trying more is only $15 per workshop! Join us on July 14th & July 21st in Houston when SALSA GRANDE will teach the first four Levels of our fun workshops for learning the "Rueda" format of dancing Salsa with a group of friends. The first 90-minute workshop at 2:30pm on July 14th is absolutely FREE, with no catch! If you like the first 90-minute workshop of fun Rueda moves, then you can stay for more 90-minute sessions later the same day and the following Saturday for only $15 per workshop! The schedule is as follows: SATURDAY, JULY 14th >> Registration: 2:15pm - 2:30pm >> Rueda Level 1: 2:30pm - 4:00pm [FREE!] >> Rueda Level 2: 4:00pm - 5:30pm SATURDAY, JULY 21st >> Rueda Level 3: 2:30pm - 4:00pm >> Rueda Level 4: 4:00pm - 5:30pm SPECIAL PRICING (cash only): LEVEL 1 workshop: FREE LEVELS 2, 3, 4: only $15 per workshop for new students (or $10 per workshop if repeating) LOCATION: 9803 Stella Link, Houston, TX 77025 (World Dance Experience) So, in just a couple of Saturday afternoons you can learn more than two dozen Rueda moves, with up to 6 hours of dancing and easy-to-understand instructions -- for no more than $45! These sessions are a great mix of being fun while also informative and challenging. Plenty of hands-on practice is included in every workshop, while listening to great music. All we require is that the dancers should already have Salsa partnering skills at an Intermediate level or above. So, although this is an introduction to Rueda, these workshops are *not* a substitute for a beginner Salsa class. Lead instructor Michael Whitmire has been dancing and performing Salsa Rueda for over 17 years, including multiple appearances for television, Latin festivals, and other special events in Texas and California.
