Ry'el will take you on an exploration of these the 4 elements within ourselves by sharing a simple toolbox of skills that will support your dance journey. The main goal for this workshop is to awaken the sense of adaptability and connection with oneself and others by creating a playground of expression, creativity and empathy, giving us the opportunity to enjoy each and every dance. Sunday - Lambazouk trough the Zenzouk Lense We'll explore the key to understanding Brazilian Zouk Lambada from a chronological point of view - it's Zenplicity! Ry'el loves to share the dance from a place of simplifying key elements that are found within the movement of our dance. As the new generation brings back the Lambada and its playful energy, we'll join this wave of reviving and enhancing our Brazilian Zouk with techniques and drills, that will help you understand the main differences and similarities of both. The goal for this exploration is to support our journey to become a more smooth and versatile dancer by utilizing this toolkit. We can then discover how Brazilian Zouk Lambada offers amazing opportunities to adapt to the music and rhythms we hear so we can enjoy it however it comes our way.
