S BOOTCAMP - ladies Urbankiz LONDON EDITION For the first and ONLY time in London- S bootcamp ! This is Genevieve's new specialty bootcamp for ladies! She will be sharing the first edition as a special one off in London ! What to expect? This 3 hour immersive ladies bootcamp is open to all levels. You will explore many tools from Kizomba, urban Kiz, feminine embodiment, artistry mastery and more to help create a new connection with yourself and your dance. Coded choreography - You will learn a special 'coded choreography' which is a staple part of the Kayra codes teaching methodology. You will use all of the 'information' inside the choreography to express and explore new parts of yourself and your dance. Level? This bootcamp is open for all levels! What to wear? Wear whatever makes you feel amazing! Heels or flats, dressed up, or dressed down! What to bring? Heels or flats, notebook and pen, something to add to our opening circle altar if you feel it (crystal, piece of jewellery, flower etc), something you feel connected to on the day. ( You take it back home with you afterwards) A phone to record yourself if you wish ( remember your charging device / that you have storage space free).
