Ismael Otero is an internationally acclaimed dancer, choreographer, and instructor best known as the founder and director of Caribbean Soul Dance Company. Widely recognized as the "Million Moves Man," Ismael has spent more than two decades inspiring dancers around the world with his creativity, musicality, and authentic approach to Latin dance. A pioneer in the salsa and traditional bachata communities, Ismael has trained and mentored some of the industry's most respected dancers while teaching and performing at major festivals and congresses across the globe. His workshops emphasize strong fundamentals, musical interpretation, partner connection, and individual style, helping dancers build confidence while honoring the roots and culture of the dance.
