This week we have DJ Mary on music and intention. 11-2-2025 ~ Ancestor Dance ~ Within our bodies we carry the DNA of generation upon generation of kin. Imagine what gestures and postures our ancestors may have carried and how they mirror our movements now. Did they dance like you? Did they laugh like you?
