This week we have DJ Mary on music and intention 4-12-2026 ~ be-YOU-tiful ~ This dance is a celebration of everything that makes you unique and wonderful just as you are. We can bring all of our parts to the dance floor without changing them - The shy and the gregarious, the wacky and serious. Take a moment to honor your quirky and precious body in sacred movement and release the worry of how you appear to others.
