This week we have DJ Felix on music and Michelle Hawk on intention. 10-5-25 ~ EYE OF THE STORM ~ Sometimes it can feel like everything is spinning around us in a chaotic whirlwind. Other people, events and energies ricochet outside of our control. But this seeming chaos is the inevitable current and flow of life. Of course it feels overwhelming if we lose our footing and throw ourselves into the fray. But we also have the opportunity to breathe, pause, and create calm in the center of ourselves. When we become the Eye of the Storm, we can anchor this calm into our bodies and emanate it out beyond us. Are you feeling the collective tornado? Are you ready to anchor into your calm center?
