This week we have DJ Mary on music and intention. 07/26/2026 ~ PRIMAL PLAY ~ When was the last time you let your inner animal come out to play? At times our instincts might call us to growl, howl, or prowl, but not often are we in spaces where we can express these urges wild and free. This dance is an invitation to get down in the dirt with your forest fam, shake out your mane, and let it all go on this primal playground of life. We are also nearing the start of the Lion's Gate Portal - A time for embodied authority and bold self expression.
