Sacred Circle Ecstatic Dance ~ Roots

This week we have DJ Mary on music and intention. 5-3-2026 ~ Roots ~ How easy it is to get caught up in the clouds. It can be good to dwell on higher things, but sometimes we forget what it is that is holding us up - Our miraculous feet! In this dance we remember our roots, what grounds us, and how we make contact with the heartbeat of the earth.
