Holding space for each other to heal and relate through the art of Tantra Yoga, Sacred Ceremony, Metaphysical Healing Workshops, Play and Authentic Relating. Tantra – Tantra is an ancient practice that unlocks the full potential of our energy moving past fear to become more embodied in our sensuality and personal power through community, breath work, asana, and energy work. Tea Ceremonies – Enjoy intentional morning breath work, journaling, and herbal tea to put the mind at ease and calm the nervous system to start your day. Acro Yoga – Refine communication skills, balance, and coordination in a fun and safe environment in this partner yoga practice, leaving with confidence and trust. Embodied Connection & Movement Workshop – Experience embodied connection through authentic relating, eye gazing, touch, massage, and contact dance on the beach. Ecstatic Dance & Cacao Ceremony – Traditional cacao medicine comes from the sacred trees of South America. Similar to dark chocolate, this natural medicine is usually drank in ceremony to help expand the heart, increase blood flow and put you a relaxed state of mind. This medicine is perfect for ecstatic dance – an embodied form of free flow movement to spiritual or tribal music. Divine Feminine & Divine Masculine Workshops Cenote & Ruin Excursions – Enjoy diving and swimming in some of Tulum’s water-filled sinkholes called Cenotes and explore the ancient Mayan ruins overlooking the Caribbean sea.
