Older than headlines. Wiser than certainty. Amidst the mind’s swirl, we lower into our center, feeling what holds us, letting her take our weight. And descend— into hips, into rhythm, into the red patience of the earth. Rooting down deep, as she rises through us. About Jeannie Adair Jeannie is a mixed media artist, experience designer & movement medicine evangelist. She curates soulful journeys that invite emotional release & authentic connection. An AMC facilitator since 2023, she’s here to hold space with intention, care, and a loving heart.
