Sovereignty and I will be available at all times for emotional support or to hold space for anything that comes up 9:50 - closing circle, open to all expressions of your experience 10:00-11:00 - free time and platonic cuddle puddle on very comfy mattresses, pillows, and blankets. Please arrive by 7:45 so that we can start the opening circle on time and have a closed container until at least 10:00. This will ensure everyone feels safe and secure in this intimate space. Through this lens of Sacred Rage we will join together in this space to alchemize our unprocessed rage by learning how to work with the life force energy of anger. We will shift the mental anger of frustration, bitterness and resentment into the embodied expression of Vitality, Self Love and Fierce Protection. 🐉 Fueling 🔥our next steps as we learn to alchemize this energy information and use it to assert our Sacred Boundaries and Speak our most sacred truths connected to our most authentic and loving self.
