This intimate gathering is designed to foster community, connection, and healing through the art of movement. Begin your journey with a Contact Improv Lab from 1:00 to 2:15 p.m., featuring a 20-minute silent exploration of inward connection to self. This serene space invites you to pause, reflect, and tune into your body before opening outwardly to connect with others. Following this, you have the option to join a Beginner Contact Improv Tutorial, perfect for those new to this expressive dance form or looking to refine their skills. From there, we flow into an Ecstatic Dance Journey led by a live DJ, immersing you in soul-stirring rhythms and the liberating energy of movement from 2:30 to 4:00 p.m. Whether you’re here to release, celebrate, or connect, this dance floor is a sanctuary for all.
