The Kizomba Experience main event is Thursday-Monday Jan 22-26 with all the components you have grown to expect and love - scenic day parties, classes to challenge and expand your dance floor prowess, and fire night parties with an international team of teachers and DJs delivering an unparalleled combination of vacation and dancing. Pass and reservation changes after purchase will incur a $65 change fee (i.e. roommate name update from TBD, date changes for add-on nights, room type and room occupancy changes, etc.). Tickets are only transferable in full and by the specified cut-off date, inclusive of ticket type and gender. Male-to-male pass transfers only, female passes can be transferred to male or female. Tickets must be fully paid to be transferred. Transfer must be approved and transacted through the organizer. A transfer fee of $65 will apply. Transfers and reservation changes will be accepted up to Dec 22, 2025. If the event is cancelled, monies will be fully refunded. Conditions for Payment Plan via Paythen First payment is due within 24 hrs of purchase. If you fail to pay within this grace period your ticket will be cancelled and a $65 cancellation fee will be assessed when you rebook; rebooking will be at the prevailing rate and you will be ineligible for any promotional discounts. A 6% payment plan administration fee is added to your order total when you finance your purchase with our payment plan. Our current/Tier 1 payment plan is a simple, easy installment plan of 9 equal monthly payments, with your final payment due in October 2025. Payments must be made via Paythen and not directly to the organizer. You will receive an email from Paythen after placing your order with a link to set up your personal payplan and make your first payment. You can use a debit or credit card to make your payments. Late fees will be assessed for late or missed payments and tickets for plans that fall past 30 days overdue may be cancelled without refund, per payment plan terms.
