We are happy to have Matias Löyttyniemi, Mauricio Alvarez and Mikko Kemppe! **************************************************** We are about to start a significant event for the year 2014! We will be having Jack and Jill night every last Friday of the month (we do reserve all rights for schedual changes). By participating to the competition you can gain the status of Mr or Mrs Jack and Jill of the year 2014! Yes, you heard it right! Come and get it! ************************************************************** IF YOU ARE COMING FOR THE FIRST TIME, READ THIS: ************************************************************** - Great salsa dance venue in Helsinki with a fantastic 120m2 wooden floor, cool party lights and great acoustic for a great atmosphere - Make sure to leave your name and e-mail to sign-up to the party! We try our best to provide only valuable and timely information! - Step into salsa dance heaven! Playing popular in Salsa, Mambo, Cha Cha, Bachata and some surprise tunes! Got a favorite song? Just ask for it and we'll do our best to find it! This is a night by dancers - for dancers! - Yes, Beginners are most welcome! In fact, all levels are welcome! There is music for the beginner to the advanced dancer! - Come by yourself OR bring a friend! Plenty of people to dance with! Also, ask us for a dance whenever you want - the organizers - we'd love to dance with you! - ALSO: Drop-in salsa class for all levels is often held at 20.00 (At times also special workshop is scheduled) before the dance floor opens! Come and learn some new steps and cool moves - then try it out and practice it on the dance floor! This class focuses on the fun aspect of the different rhythms to give you a taste of salsa so you have something to start off with at the Friday night social. - The party and the lessons are taking place in a dance studio. Therefore, remember to leave your outdoor shoes to the lobby area. Only dance shoes, jazz shoes, socks, or indoor shoes at the dance floor. - Bring your own water bottles or cups for drinking. Please, keep all drinks in the lobby area. Our dance floor will thank you! ---------------------------------------------------- LOCATION - The address is: Isonnevantie 16, Helsinki (Once you arrive you will see a school and a Etelä-Haaga library. You know you have found the right place when you see a school under a major renovation. By the street you can see a map displaying the area and you can find the exact location of the studio. The studio entrance is located behind the library.) - Make sure to park only at the legal library designed parking spots or by the street. The schools superintendent lives also on the property and is known for making sure that the everyone parks in the correct places.
