I will make you switch lead and follow in order to learn to connect with anyone! 7:00-8:00PM Intro to Salsa (on 1) 8:00-9:00PM Intro to Bachata One Class $10 single $15 couple (lead and follow) Both classes $15 Single $20 Couple (lead and follow) In this introductory salsa class with Hurricane Rita you will learn the basic components of salsa music, basic salsa steps, afro cuban body movement, leading and following techniques that can be used around the world, and an intro to simple turns and musicality syncopations. In this introductory bachata class with Hurricane Rita, you will learn the basic components of bachata music, steps, footwork, transitions, bodymovement, and lead and follow techniques. You will learn the roots, the base of bachata...and you will have fun. You will have the opportunity to gain confidence on and off the dance floor. You WILL step out of your shell, laugh, and make friends!
