Most attendees arrive after work throughout Friday evening. Look for the “Mountain Retreat” sign — you can’t miss it! Camp is easygoing, let's keep it classy and follow their one rule. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ LODGING INFO All lodging is in rustic Boy Scout–style cabins with 12 bunk beds per cabin. Cabins are co-ed unless otherwise noted. Each bunk includes a vinyl mattress only — please remember to bring your own bedding. Cabins are heated and include electrical outlets. SPECIAL CABIN OPTIONS WOMENS ONLY CABIN 💃💃 Made available for women that prefer privacy. (Select the WOMEN'S CABIN when purchasing) QUIET CABIN😇😇 For those that need early sleep or just want a more tranquil environment after the dancing and activities. PARTY CABIN🎉🎉....Team no sleep! Music all night! haha! CABINS WITH CONNECTED BATHROOMS These larger size cabins house 19 bunk beds and have bathrooms inside (no going outside to bathrooms). Book the "Rio Hondo" cabin for these cabins. BISHOP LODGE includes 5 private rooms and 2 dorm-style rooms. Rooms must be booked in full — individual beds or single passes are not sold for Bishop Lodge. Perfect for groups who want a private lodging experience. ⚠️ Cabins have sold out in the past Reserve your cabin spot when purchasing your ticket. Cabin switching is only allowed if both parties agree. Pro tip: Pre-download your map — cell service can be spotty. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ CELL SERVICE Verizon, AT&T & T-Mobile generally work up to the campsite (Verizon strongest). GPS works offline if maps are downloaded ahead of time. ━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━━ IMPORTANT NOTES Unfortunately lodging, meals & dancing cannot be separated for a lower price. There’s magic in the mountains — no TVs, minimal distractions, just music, movement, laughter, and connection. Each year it grows, and each year it gets better.
