Salsa Block Party & Picnic @ the Pres [NEXT SATURDAY Oct. 24th @ 1pm]

IF IT DOESN’T RAIN (🙏🏽)… Next Saturday we will be having a SBTL flavored Salsa Block Party & Picnic at Preservation Park at 1 PM. Entrance to the park is on 1300 Martin Luther King Way in Old Oakland (Downtown) between 12th & 14th street. Join the celebration by picnicking early and fueling up before we light up the streets of the park with the dancing energy of Salsa Cubana from Añejo Productions DJ WaltDigz & DJ-DarkRum. At 1pm there will be an hour long collaborative salsa rueda class led by Alvaro and Rick. Admission is FREE, but donations for the class and music are extremely welcomed by way of Venmo. NOTE: IF THE WEATHER IS RAINY, THE EVENT WILL BE CANCELLED. As all SBTL events, it’s kid/baby friendly and we welcome all family members to join in on the fun. DOGS ARE NOT PERMITTED IN THE PARK. Please feel free to bring blankets, tablecloths, food, water, etc. And don't forget to help KEEP THE PARK CLEAN by picking up afterwards.
