This course is ideal for absolute beginners wanting to take their first steps in Cuban salsa as well as existing salsa dancers who would like to review the basics. COST: £49 for All the students who done previous courses £59 for New Students Clothing: Comfortable clothes are suggested. Shoes with leather soles or dance shoes are highly recommended. Rubber-soled shoes make it difficult to turn. Also please no not wear shoes with stiletto heals. You will learn the fundamentals of Cuban Salsa and work on basic steps, body movement, body isolation, essential rhythm, leading/following and be introduced to proper posture, weight transfer, frame, connection and timing.
