Salsa Fundraiser for Japan!

SAVE PEOPLE BY DANCING SALSA! Please please come join us at Ryles for the fundraiser salsa event to help the people in Japan, who try to start their lives over from scratch after experiencing the devastating disaster. The entrance fee will be only $10! with a lot of performances from Boston dance companies, raffles, and the deliberately selected suave music from DJ Rob Suave! Intro lesson at 8:30 plus Group Participation Shines Spectacular for more advanced dancers (tons of fun!) In order to ensure plenty of dancing time, social dancing will start at 9:30pm and go until 1am! You might not know, but there is a big salsa scene in Japan too. Many Japanese dancers have visited Boston and many of Boston salseros y salseras have been there to experience the salsa in the land of rising sun as well. We certainly have some connections! Do you remember the girl in the middle in the picture above (green top)? She is a famous dancer in Tokyo, and has come to Boston Congress 2009. We heard her family still lives in 15 miles away from the nuclear plant. They are safe now, but worried so much about the radiation crisis. Please give a little bit of help to those people who are still suffering from the biggest earthquake in Japanese history happened in March 11. Only you have to do is dance, dance, dance (or drink, drink, drink)! That will be able to save some lives on the other side of the earth!
