As most of you know, I have been in LA the last 6 weeks recovering from an injury but i will be going back on tour, and right before I leave I would love to Jam with y'all with my famous grooves class!! Adv-beg / Int level From 7.30 pm -8 pm Shani will go over the on2 basics, timing and different shines patterns we will use repeatedly in class. From 8-9 pm we will Groove non stop!! This class is specifically designed for those who wants to move, combining body movement and beginners to adv. classic mambo foot work and expressive arm movements, through salsa, African, Latin music and beats.
