Happy New Year !! Join my movement and be part of #On2InLA 2016 !! Come and get your workout and grooves on for the January series. 4 classes this month , EVERY sunday !! first class will be : Salsa Grooves session Sunday Jan 10th, 2016 7.30pm - 9pm $15 Following Classes: Jan 17 8-9pm $10 Jan 24th 7.30-9pm $15 Jan 31st, 8-9pm $10 Come and enjoy 1 hour of non stop dancing, grooving and working full out. Simple to adv. movement, traditional salsa steps and footwork, full of energy and lots of fun!! From 7.30-8pm I will go over the on2 basics, timming and different shines pattersn we will use repetevly in class. From 8pm-9pm we will Groove non stop!! This class is specifically designed for those who wants to move, combining body movement and basic to adv. classic foot work and expressive arm movements, through salsa, African, Latin music and beats. This class is a workout and super fun. Helps you to later on be able to improvise on the dance floor, without thinking, with tons of flavor. Thursday December 20 , 7.30 - 9pm Only $15 !!
