Salsa in the Park

Have you ever wanted to learn how to Salsa? No, I'm not talking about the type you put on chips. This free event hosted by Salsa Mankato will feature live Salsa dancing and lessons for all ages! Come give it a shot, or just watch and enjoy the music, either way, you don't want to miss this free event. The following food trucks will be preparing a special Cuban dishes just for this event: Evan's Eatery - Ropa Vieja (a vegan take on one of Cuba's national dishes, made with jackfruit) Lolafoodtruck - Cuban Sandwich (a Cuban classic with pork, glazed ham, and Swiss cheese. Topped with a mustard sauce and pickle)
