Salsa Instructor Training 4-week Course

Join popular international Salsa instructor Jai Sheffield in an accelerated 4-week Linear Salsa Instructor Training / Professional Upskilling course for aspiring and experienced Salsa instructors. The following topics will be covered over four 1.5 hour sessions: - A thorough breakdown of the 8 fundamentals; - 7+ variations of each of the fundamentals; - An investigation of "old school" verses "new school" Salsa; - How to construct combinations to teach students; - Concepts and techniques for delivering content; - How to troubleshoot class obstacles; - A breakdown of Salsa Body Movement; - A breakdown of differing leading and following techniques and preparations; - A breakdown of essential Salsa shines and how to teach them; - How to approach revision and new teaching new content. ** Is this for me? ** All current and aspiring Salsa instructors and assistants are welcome and encouraged to attend this training. ** Training times and dates ** 12:30pm - 2pm Saturday 14th January 2023 (Part 1 of 4) 12:30pm - 2pm Saturday 21st January 2023 (Part 2 of 4) 12:30pm - 2pm Saturday 28th January 2023 (Part 3 of 4) 12:30pm - 2pm Saturday 4th February 2023 (Part 4 of 4) ** Investment ** Jai has spent tens of thousands of dollars to acquire the knowledge and skills he now has to teach, at Dance Culture, the most advanced linear Salsa classes available anywhere in Queensland. These classes are consistently full.
