Salsa Ladies Styling and Choreography Course

Hi All This is a monthly appointment of salsa ladies styling. Program for the 4th of September. 14.00-15.00 - TECHNIQUE (on1) - body posture and body movements - spin and turns (differences between them and when to use them in different salsa styles) - footwork on1 with styling 15.00-16.00 - TECHNIQUE (on2) - transition on1 to on2 - shines on2 with styling (arms, head and body rolls) 16.00-17.00 CHOREOGRAPHY - Mambo fusion Choreo (ON2) As you know I have studied and still studying many salsa styles, e.g cuban, LA, and New York. I will also go through the main differences between styles during the class and will point out what’s common and what’s not. Suitable for ON1 and ON2 dancers. As part of the course you can also learn a choreography which you can, if you want, perform with in due time. She has a background in ballet, contemporary and street style dances. She trained in prestigious schools and danced for few years in contemporary/street styles fusion Company back in her home Country, Italy. She started dancing salsa, afro, and bachata in 2009 in Italy and had the chance to study with some of the best national teachers in the latin scene, perform and won few national competitions. She travelled all over the world to practice and study with other professional teachers/dancers. Her biggest portfolio is in Ladies styling, Salsa (Cuban, Mambo) and Bachata (sensual, moderna). Her style is very well known to be elegant and unique, a fusion of technique and movements that reflect her wide dance background. She is currently based in the North of UK (Leeds) where she started to spread the knowledge and passion for Ladies styling (salsa and bachata). She offers regular workshops, she assists other teachers and lately she has started to travel around the UK to share her passion for dancing, teach and perform her unique salsa and bachata ladies styling. This year she choreographed a bachata Ladies styling piece called Lejos de Ti, which she is presenting throughout the year in party, Emanuela is also representing Desiree Ladies styling World Team Project in Leeds, UK
