As an experienced dancer and teacher of Salsa, I employ a variety of methods suitable for each student, providing confidence and progress. Salsa is for everyone, salsa is not just for Latin Americans, it is for your soul. You can come by yourself or with a partner, or with a friend. It is very open. Salsa is an amalgamation of soul, jazz, afro and Latin, this is why they call it Salsa. The movements being concentrated in the lower body make it a great workout for your hips, legs, and glutes, making it an effective and fun form of cardio.
