AUG 9TH! SALSA PARTY & $500 CONTEST! PRELIMINARY ROUND. 9:30 pm. Bachata Class with Rashina (CLT). Followed by Latin Dance Party with DJ Hugo Sonero - Salsa, Bachata, & Merengue. Preliminary Round at 11:30 pm. *STUDENT ONLY* Contest, No Instructors. One Lead/One Follow - Bring a Partner. WE ONLY HAVE 4 SPOTS LEFT! Couples will Free-Style as a Group: 1 Salsa, 1 Bachata, & 1 Wildcard. No Lifts or Flips. Splits and Dips Allowed. *Wildcard will be drawn out of a hat!* 3 Judges will Score Plus Audience Gets a Vote! We will total the scores plus Audience Vote and 3 Couples will Move On to the FINALS on Aug 30th to WIN $500 Courtesy of Salsa Greenville & Tamarindo! $15 Cover includes the Bachata Class & Party (for anyone attending) and admission into the Contest. (No additional charge to enter the Contest.). FINALS Aug 30th! 3 Couples (Lead/Follow) will dance individually 1.5 minute Song & Style of their Choice: Salsa, Mambo, Bachata, or Cha-Cha-Cha. It can be choreography or free-style. It's Up to You! Plus One Group Free-Style of My Choice ;). For a Total 2 Dances Only to WIN $500!! Admission is Free to Finalists for Aug 30th!
